Who we are

We are founders first. We built and ran companies before we advised on them, and we have been inside these transitions: not as advisors observing from the outside, but as the people in the room when the spreadsheet with the unrealistic targets gets handed across the table. We watched the team we built start to quietly drift, and we learned, sometimes expensively, what the standard playbook gets wrong about founder-led businesses.

What we do

We run short, focused engagements on one problem at a time: integration planning built for founder-led businesses, CEO and founder transition design, founder trust building, and a formal-versus-real gap analysis. The work is fixed in scope and ends with a plan your team owns. We do not sit on retainer. See our services.
