What we collect
We collect email addresses and, where provided, names and company information submitted through our contact form and newsletter signup. We do not collect payment information, browsing data beyond standard server logs, or any sensitive personal data.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Email addresses submitted through the newsletter signup are used to send our weekly insights on post-merger integration. We do not use your information for advertising or automated profiling.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is never traded or monetised. We use Resend to deliver emails and Sanity to store form submissions — both process data on our behalf only.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time to be removed from our list immediately. You can also email us directly and we will remove you within 48 hours.
Privacy requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, email hello@postmerger.io. We will respond within 30 days.
